Yeah, I'm able to do paypal commissions. Though, I am not entirely sure on how steam tends to work with avatars (not a steam user). Apparently it's at an odd size of 184x184 but it gets scaled down to 64x64 and 32x32. That sort of scaling is not very friendly to pixel art, but hopefully something can work out at a full size of 184x184.
